π²πππππΆπ π²πΎπ»π is an example of a Neolithic Venus figurine, dating from c. 5,000 BCE. She is the first Neolithic human carving to be found in Scotland. Archaeologists are unsure if she represents a human or a divinity. Sheβs finely made from a beach pebble with M-Shaped incised eyebrows and small eyes. Similar to the Palaeolithic Venuses, she is thought to be symbolic of matriarchal power.
