Christmas is getting closer everyday and for us at AshWood it’s our busiest season! We cannot wait to get your Christmas goodies to you so you can share them with your friends and family. There have been postal delays and disruptions throughout the year already, but with ongoing restrictions, high volumes and winter weather conditions its going to have an impact. To ensure you get your gifts before the big day and so there’s no awkward conversations over the stuffed turkey, we’re outlining our Christmas cut off dates for you below.

A few tips for you this Christmas period:

• Order BEFORE the Christmas cut off dates - then you can have a silent night knowing you will have your parcel shipped to you ahead of the rush!

• Check our production times in our SHIPPING & RETURNS tab. All orders are made to order especially for you. Our products have a production time of 5 working days before shipping. Make sure you factor this into your Christmas purchases.

• Please always check your tracking details before contacting us about your parcel! We’re a team of one here. Only Ash makes, creates, packs, and pours your orders, so responding to emails can take her away from fulfilling orders. We’re excited to be part of your celebrations and we promise we are working extra hard to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

• When you have questions about tracking your order, please contact the courier first. They can advise you on re-deliveries, updates, and any queries you may have about the service. We cannot do this for you and though we aim to response within 1 working day, during busy periods we cannot guarantee that.

• And lastly, shop small and shop early! Then, all your Christmas wishes will come true!

2024 Christmas Shipping Cut Off Dates.

We’re closing early this year! Our online shop will be closing on the 1st December at Midnight. Please note that any orders made after this cut-off date will not be posted until January 2025. Please, when shopping, plan in advance to accommodate this closure.

For Christmas Shipping, our cut off date is the 1st December on all delivery services, including tracked services. All our products are handmade and because of our early closure fulfillment times may take longer than usual during this season. This cut off date is to make sure you, our customer, will receive your parcel before Christmas and before our shop closure for the season.
